“PayPal” & “Alert Pay” are safe & easier online bank accounts. You must have “PayPal” & “Alert Pay” a/c before you register the PTC Sites, some sites send payment to your PayPal or Alert Pay a/c, after you can transfer these amount to your Local bank a/c from PayPal a/c. You don’t need a Credit Card to register on PayPal or Alert Pay. Just cancel when they ask for Credit card. Just skip the step when they ask for credit card.

Simple Step by Step Instructions to create “PayPal” a/c
1. Click on The bellow image to create PayPal a/c.

2. Now click on “Signup to day”

3.Click on Personal “Get Started”

4. Fill the form and click on “Agree and Create Account”
( Note: if you don’t have credit card remove the “Tick Mark” by clicking on it.)

5.Now click on “Go to My Account”

6.Now click on right side under notifications “Confirm Email”

8.check your email for confirmation code and copy it and past it.

5.Fill the Login Information and click on “Register”.
(Note: Enter any numerical Number of 4-8 Characters in “Transaction Pin” and don’t forget the Pin.No.

6.Validation Link will be sent to your email a/c click on the link to
activate your a/c.
7.Enter your password and press enter.
